Our Background

Roofing is a tradition in the Vincent family. Clyde Vincent Sr. started roofing in 1942. His son, Ed Vincent, established the VINCENT Roofing Co. Inc. name with his wife, Loretta. Ed has been roofing in the East Bay for over 50 years, earning an excellent reputation for personalized, high-caliber roofing with an emphasis on excellent customer service.

Their sons, Larry and Don Vincent, as well as their daughter, Lynn Allan, comprise the third generation of Vincents involved in the business on a daily basis. Larry and Don each have more than 30 years of roofing experience with the company. Lynn, who manages the office, has been with the company now for more than 25 years.

These third-generation roofers have continued to uphold that same reputation for experienced professionalism as one of the longest established roofing firms in the East Bay.
